Supporting Youth in Digital Skills Development Program, implemented by iSchool, is a comprehensive capacity-building initiative designed to equip refugee and host community youth with in-demand digital and employability skills. Leveraging iSchool's proven expertise in large-scale tech education, the program targets 250 young participants aged 18–35, providing them with market-aligned training in Web Development, Data Analysis & AI, and Digital Marketing, alongside intensive career readiness and freelancing preparation.

The program combines hands-on technical training, career coaching, and real-world project implementation through a structured, learner-centered model. Participants progress through specialized technical tracks, complete applied capstone projects, and receive continuous mentorship to build professional portfolios and freelancing profiles. With a strong focus on employability and income generation, the program aims to enable at least 25% of graduates to secure internships or freelance opportunities, directly supporting youth economic inclusion and long-term digital livelihoods.
